The iCore CHRIS (Centralized Human Resource Information System) caters to the comprehensive needs of a company’s Human Resources Department. It efficiently handles employee data, encompassing citizen identity numbers, names, surnames, birth dates, birthplaces, educational details, and more. In addition, it manages annual leaves, payroll, training records, skills, performance evaluations, and other pertinent information. Furthermore, the system ensures secure management of personal data, along with robust authentication and authorization processes for employees.

Developed initially for Citibank, this project aims to enhance the organization’s management of employee data. With iCore CHRIS, Citibank gains a more sophisticated and organized software solution for overseeing personal data, as well as a reliable mechanism for authentication and authorization within the organization.
